Suzuki VZ1500 Intruder was first introduced in 2009 and was intended for the markets of North America, Europe and Oceania, where it was sold under various names:

The Suzuki Intruder M1500 / Boulevard M90 was based on a frame from the flagship version [[Suzuki_Boulevard_M109R_ (Intruder_M1800R) | Suzuki Intruder M1800R / Boulevard M109R]] and a redesigned engine from [[Suzuki_VL1500_Intruder_] , increased compression ratio, 4 valves per cylinder and a number of other improvements, which ultimately increased the maximum power to 106 hp and torque to 137 Nm.
In 2013, the liquid engine from the Suzuki Boulevard M90 completely migrated to the classic version [[Suzuki_VL1500_Intruder_ (Boulevard_C90) | Suzuki Boulevard C90]], which received the abbreviation B.O.S.S. Despite the same engines, the C90 and M90 deliver different power and torque - the classic version of the C90 is "throttled" to 77.8 hp.
