The Yamaha XT1200Z Super Tenere was based on an in-line 2-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with a volume of 1199 cc. see, issuing 112 hp. power and 117 Nm of torque. The motor is tuned for powerful traction from low revs and delivers maximum performance at 6000-7250 rpm. Yamaha XT1200ZE Super Tenere ES (Electronic Suspension) (2014+)

Yamaha XT1200Z Super Tenere was first presented in March 2010 at a motorcycle show in Dortmund (Germany).
