Honda CB223S

The model of the retro-classic motorcycle Honda CB223S was first presented at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show. The motorcycle is the "little brother" of Honda CB400SS, having common visuals and layout, but based on the base model Honda FTR 223 2nd generation. The Honda CB223S is positioning itself as a simple, cheap classic motorcycle aimed at both pure urban use and riding on hard dirt roads.

Main competitors:

The Honda CB223S is based on a 1-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled engine with a volume of 223 cc. see, issuing 16 hp. power and 18 Nm of torque. The maximum performance of the motor is reached at 5500-7000 rpm.

The motorcycle has a steel tubular frame, 18 'spoked wheels, simple suspension in the form of a conventional telescopic fork and monoshock, front disc brakes, a carburetor power system and an 11 liter fuel tank.

Despite the popularity of the Honda CB223S model in Japan and Asian countries, this motorcycle is practically not represented in the Russian Federation. The reason for this, obviously, is a rather high price (from $ 3000) and a retro-classic appearance, suitable more for fans of the genre, and not for ordinary users.

The Honda CB223S model lasted until 2016, after which it was officially announced that production would be discontinued.
