Honda XL700V Transalp

The touring enduro model Honda XL 700V Transalp was produced from 2008 to 2011 inclusive, mainly for the European market. The model has replaced Honda XL650V Transalp, having received a number of innovations and improvements:

  • New engine: increased volume from 647 to 680 cc see, the compression ratio from 9.2 to 10.0, received a new cylinder head with 4 valves per cylinder and an injection power system instead of carburetors.
  • New look: received new, more modern, sharp forms. New LCD dashboard.
  • New wheels: the dimension of the front and rear wheels has changed - 90 / 90-21-> 100 / 90-19, 120 / 90-17-> 130 / 80-17.
  • New suspensions: visually the suspensions remain the same, but the travel has decreased to 177 and 173 mm, respectively, of the front and rear suspension.
  • ABS: the appearance of versions with C-ABS - combined brakes with anti-lock braking system.
  • Fuel tank: capacity decreased from 19 to 17 liters.
