Suzuki GSF600S Bandit (2000-2004)

Suzuki GSF 600 Bandit hit the market in 1995. Since 1996, the model has been replenished with a modification with a front fairing, called the Suzuki GSF600S Bandit. The model was aimed at the European market, but the S-version was also supplied to North America.

Lineup:

The model was based on an in-line 4-cylinder air-oil-cooled engine with a volume of 599 cm³, producing up to 80 hp. power and up to 62 Nm of torque. The motor is revving, with maximum performance at 8500-9500 rpm and a limiter at 12000 rpm. This motor was not an independent development, but migrated from the sports tourist Suzuki GSX600F Katana.

In 2000, the Suzuki Bandit model received a major restyling, with new looks and technical parts: new carburetors, new calipers, rear suspension settings, a more powerful generator, an increased fuel tank and a new dashboard.

2004 was the last year of production of the model, after which it was discontinued, giving way to a new version - Suzuki GSF650 Bandit.

Among the features of the Suzuki GSF600 Bandit, a steel tubular frame, an air-oil engine, simple suspensions in the form of a conventional telescopic fork and a monoshock (adjustable for preload, rebound adjustment has been added since 1999), disc 2-piston brakes in front, a 19-liter fuel tank (since 2000 - 20 liters), carburetor power system, 6-speed gearbox and from 196 kg of dry weight.
